Exchange & Return Policy

At RAW, the quality of every piece — and your satisfaction with it — comes first. That's why we offer a clear and flexible exchange and return policy.

Inspection Before Delivery

  1. You can inspect and try on your full order before accepting it from the courier.

  2. If the product isn't right after inspection, you may refuse the delivery and pay only the shipping fee to the courier.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are available within 14 days of the delivery date.

  2. To be eligible for an exchange:

    • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of any perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks.
    • The original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • You must keep the shipping waybill (airway bill) and present it when requesting an exchange.
  3. The customer covers the exchange shipping fees (both ways), except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective item, or a size/product different from your order, we will exchange it or issue a full refund with no shipping fees, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Request an Exchange

    Contact us via Instagram @raw_eg_ or through the "Contact Us" page on our website.

  2. 2

    Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and a photo of the shipping waybill.

  3. 3

    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange pickup and ship your replacement within 3–7 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  1. Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.

  2. Items missing their original tags, packaging, or shipping waybill.

  3. Orders received more than 14 days ago.
